When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders received before 2pm within 24 – 48 hours. You will receive an email advising you when your order is dispatched along with tracking information.
How do I protect my concrete ornaments in winter?
Our ornaments are extremely durable, weather & frost proof and designed to be kept outdoors all year round in all types of weather conditions.
Birdbaths and Fountains MUST be emptied of any water during freezing temperatures. Freezing water will expand, and cause the Bowl to crack and cause more and more damage to it.
We recommend that a water sealant is applied every year.
How do I clean my concrete ornaments?
Our concrete ornaments will naturally weather and age as well as gather some dirt over time, if you wish to clean your ornaments you can do this by simply washing it with a sponge or cloth with warm soapy water.
Make sure you DO NOT use a pressure/jet wash as this will damage the statues finish.
Can I view the concrete ornaments before I buy?
If you prefer to view our products in person, we welcome you to visit us at our premises in Cheshire.
